 Move, Rotate and Change Layer on selected objects. Layers selection is on layer list.

 I just tested your program and it's pretty cool. What is the blue box used for? I picked on it but nothing happened. Anyway I liked it.

 Justin,
The blue box is an image with color blue (5). I put it between radio button Move to a Distance and Move and Rotate. The image is for the look, you can change the color of the image in MRC.dcl.
