Here is a substation that I designed for Kansas City Power & Light here in Kansas City. It was known as Boulevard Substation, and it took me a month to draw everything in 3D. The autocad file ended up being almost 80M in size.
Some of the textures were borrowed from gamming maps.

This building was almost 200 years old. It is on the local historic register and housed the persons that built or maintained the railroad thru the midwest.
